NOVA MEMS is a leading company specialized in quality assurance of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). The company offers services in Physical analysis, Failure analysis, Qualification and Litetests. Micro & Nano Technologies involves moving mechanical parts & the reliability assessment need to couple several physical domains (mechanical, electrical, optical, fluidic, barometric…). They are also exposed to new failure modes (sticking, fatigue, cracks…), changing scale makes them difficult to observe and characterize.
